Rediscover Health offers Therapeutic Massage and Traditional Acupuncture at Woodland Herbs, Charing Cross, Glasgow and The Bothwell Clinic, South Lanarkshire, providing treatment for a wide variety of conditions that cause pain, discomfort and disharmony in our lives.
It was created by Paula to allow people to rediscover their health: encouraging optimum health not just physically, but emotionally, mentally and spiritually using traditional acupuncture techniques and massage to alleviate symptoms to the people of Glasgow and Lanarkshire.
Aiming to provide an environment within Glasgow and the surrounding areas which provides a comfortable, safe and clean space in which therapist and client can work in conjunction, using acupuncture and massage to promote positive changes, that enable a sense of well being and contentment to flourish.
